About Level 1
This level eases former Primary athletes into the Youth division and gives beginners and newcomers the chance to learn every element of cheer and perfect the basics. The focus is on correct stunt and tumbling technique: rolls, cartwheels, round-offs, walkovers, front walkovers, back handsprings.
